Clubhouse Manager

Responsible for the general operation of staff functions relating to Clubhouse operations as directed by the Clubhouse Manager or Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities include of all aspects of Clubhouse &overseeing operations in housekeeping, maintenance, repair, reception.

Clubhouse managers are also responsible for budget management, tracking expenses, and making cost-effective decisions without compromising quality. They handle inventory and supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that food, beverages, and other essentials are available and well-stocked. Maintenance of the clubhouse facility is another key aspect of their role, requiring coordination of repairs, cleaning, and compliance with health and safety standards.

In addition to staff management, clubhouse managers build and maintain strong relationships with members, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive member experience. They coordinate events like tournaments, social gatherings, and other special functions, managing logistics and facilitating smooth, enjoyable events that align with members’ expectations.

Additionally, they often handle marketing and promotions for clubhouse services and events, leveraging social media, newsletters, and other channels to engage members and promote clubhouse offerings. In this multifaceted role, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is a customer-focused approach to enhance the clubhouse experience.

Responsibilities:-

  • Assists in developing budgets, staffing and general operating procedures and other plans for all clubhouse  operations.
  • Assists in planning and scheduling training, education, or certification of clubhouse employees, and other club personnel.
  • Maintains contact with members and helps to assure maximum member Satisfaction.
  • Participates in on-going facility inspections throughout the club to assure that cleanliness, maintenance, safety and other standards are consistently attained.
  • Receives and resolves complaints from club members, guests and employees.
  • Monitors labor; evaluates scheduled and actual labor hours and costs. Assists in developing budgets, staffing and general operating procedures and other plans for all clubhouse operations.
  • Assists in the planning of facility improvements, remodeling, construction and repair and interacts with applicable club committees for this purpose.
  • May perform clubhouse opening and closing duties, including those related to Security Monitors employee dress codes and member dress codes as applicable.
  • Completes other appropriate assignments made by the general manager. Assists in overseeing club operations on a daily basis.
